I am so sorry...I reset this phone before I checked the battery health...it's been a few years since I sold my old iPhones and I totally forgot to check the battery status. I can tell you that the battery would always last a full day.

I don't believe it is unlocked...again, same issue, the phone has been reset and I can't check that now...it was bought from T-Mobile.
