Hey Brian. Actually, yes it does have the blood oxygen now. Apple is bringing it back after that lawsuit was settled. I have used it and it works.

The 2nd band from left on top is genuine Apple silicone and the orange fabric one on bottom is Apple. The rest are 3rd party ones. I actually do have an orange Nomad sport band and a Nomad brown leather that aren't pictured that I could sell.

and the band on the watch is the official one from Apple

I added one to try and show it. It's on the very sharp edge of the watch. Top left is the most noticeable area I'd say. The band that came with the watch is the blue trail one and is a medium.
