used on Mint Mobile and T-Mobile. No box. Comes with 4 cases and 2 extra glass screen protectors. Screen has a lot of deep scratches from a drop when I fell when walking across a street. Didn't break but scratches and dent on the corner. Battery health at 87%. May be unlocked but not sure so listing it as T-Mobile but was using it on Mint Mobile with no issues. No low-ball offers.
