Unlockable? They are officially unlocked.

Just so we are on the same page: there are two types of unlocks: ( 1 ) carrier/network unlock **and** ( 2 ) factory/oem unlock.

I take it the phones are network unlocked and if these phones were bought from the Google Store, then they are factory/oem unlockable. I say it is unlockable and not unlocked is because a phone purchased from the Google Store ships with the OEM unlocking setting turned off and a developer can turn it on at Settings ➔ System ➔ Developer options and toggle on the "OEM unlocking" setting.

I need phones that I can OEM unlock. Please let me know.
