Yes, is been paid off, that's the reason for selling on swappa they verify that phone is not black listed anywhere by anything. My phone is ready to be activated. Other wise phone would not be for sale swappa would not allow a phone that's black listed .

Swappa does not verify that it will not get blacklisted in the future. Swappa verifies that it's not blacklisted now. Do you have proof that the phone has been completely paid off? That you bought it out right and not on payments or that the payments are done?

Lol,that does not make sense, but all I can show is that my balance for Samsung is at zero. So nothing is owed on it but I don't know if swappa will allow for me to upload picture it does have my bank account info that of course I erased.

If you can show me that this specific phone is completely paid off, I'll buy it. You should have a receipt either in your email or in your Samsung account from when you bought it. If a phone is not paid off, and a person stops making payments on it, then the phone becomes blacklisted later. Swappa has no way of checking this. They can only check if it's blacklisted now. So if you tell me it's paid off, and you can prove that this specific phone is paid off I'll buy it. Very simple.
