Hello Max, I am a new user of swappa and I hope this comment replies properly to your questions: I buy it originally in China in summer 2020, it has never been repaired or replaced; no accessories included except for this device itself (charger outlet is Type-C, compatible with any other type-c chargers); I have used it for about 3 yrs till 2023 and it was left unused; when it charges to 100 percent, can be used for a whole day, and even longer if you don't use it frequently (for example, I charged it full yesterday morning, and left it beside thereafter, now there is 80% electricity, it shows 16h 46min remaining in performance mode); 100 is good, however, I bought it at a price of $800, do you accept $125 by any chance?
