The issue is with the buyer's restricted account. They were instructed to email Swappa support.
I just emailed customer support again, I didn't hear a response back from the last message I sent. It is over some silly issue like that I created a new account a month ago and abandoned my older one because I forgot the password? Anyways waiting on them to lift the restriction on my account.
