Has the battery been replaced?

Also can you please upload a bit more clear photo of the dent mentioned in the description?

The dent is clearly visible in photo #6. Compare the lid flushness to photo #7.

Could you run a tool like CoconutBattery, or comment on how this is 100% after 200+ cycles? Was it replaced?

This battery was replaced in February 2023. The logic board, speaker, display assembly, IO board, and top case were replaced as well.

I determined the values in the description by running the following command:
ioreg -l|grep -e "MaxCapacity" -e "CycleCount"

(Just to be clear, the replacements were conducted through AppleCare by an Apple Store)

Do i understand correctly that serial number shown in settings no longer matches the one on the body and retail box as well?

They do match.

I believe the Apple Store just replaced the entire machine but just didn’t code it that way.

I also downloaded coconut battery. Battery health according to this app is 83.8%, full charge capacity is 3,670 mAh.
