Hi Cathy, this phone is not refurbished. I purchased in new from T-Mobile sealed int he box. I have receipt & original packaging. What makes you think it has been refurbished?

Bill A - How does one confirm a phone can be unlocked? The phone is no longer financed, its paid in full.

Hello Swappa Staff, I could use a life line here, why would people come to the conclusion that my phone is refurbished?

I think you just unlock using T-Mobile unlock app. If you can change the price to 625 total price (with YOU paying swappa fee) I can buy immediately

You have indicated the device is not refurbished and was purchased from T-Mobile. There is no indication in the listing that the device was refurbished.

Cathy, I just got off the phone with the folks at T-Mobile, wanted to know if there’s anyway they sold me a refurbished phone, they said no. They are at a loss for how somebody would come to believe that it is refurbished, would you mind sharing how you came to that conclusion?
