It says on last paypal screen please go back to merchant and choose another way to pay, which is weird i bought a phone in the past 48h using this exact way to pay (paypal) Asisstance please from swappa Staff.
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

The issue is not with our PayPal accounts, the issue is with listing string about payment methods, because the seller didn’t activate international PayPal account or international credit cards.
