3 cases, unlocked, Verizon firmware, was T-Mobile.
this phone began life as a T-Mobile device, it was later unlocked and Verizon SIM card which auto prompted firmware change to VZW CSC. If you insert T-Mobile sim it should restart back to tmb firmware and boot screen.
If buyer explicitly request post purchase I can flash u1 firmware for them.

Note to buyer, the device is currently on VZW firmware through "BYOD" process.

You will see Verizon boot screen but upon inserting T-Mobile sim card (or other carrier), you should be prompted BYOD experience to switch firmware which will restore T-Mobile (or another carrier) boot screen.
You can after purchase flash U1 firmware if you want to remove carrier bloat.
The device has never been rooted or flashed U1 firmware (hence carrier boot screen).
Swappa insisted on me listing device under original carrier, and not the currently officially installed firmware.
