-Is the phone fully unlocked for GSM networks (for Consumer Cellular which uses AT&T in the U.S.)?
-Is the battery easily removable and in good working condition?
-What is your return or exchange policy, just in case the phone doesn’t work as expected?
-It is not made in China?
-Or sent from China?
-Was it refurbished in China?
-May I have one in “Excellent” condition?

-Is it the serial number?

-Why do you say:
"Excellent condition, minor wear and tear"
- But then you only say “Good” condition?

"Power cord/charger not required"
-Does it not need a charger? How to recharge? Or do you mean it is not included?

"Retail packaging and manuals not required"
Does that mean the manual was lost? Is it found online?
