So.. turns out Apple doesn't have that feature available on iPads? I turned on Analytics which, after a day or so, it should calculate battery health and show it somewhere in a text file.
See this link regarding battery health missing from iPads. I will post here in a day or two once the Analytics file shows up.
Huh...that is both interesting and dumb. I was not aware of that, sorry. Guess I never really looked at my own iPad.
I'll await to see what happens with the analytics file even though that's excessive for the request. Thanks Apple!

Would you take $70?
After a few days of waiting, trying to see if rebooting helps, the logs starting with "Analytics-20**" never appeared.. I guess that doesn't happen on older models? I did some more googling, and found an app called "iMazing" that tells you the battery health. According to that, it has had 101 battery cycles, and battery health of 95.6%. max design charge 5018 mAh, effective charge currently at 4798 mAh.
