hello, i'm curious at where this device came from, because you say it has never been used, and only has the bottom half of retail packaging, which seems unusual?

This device was purchased in store and was found in a stash downstairs in our garage. When we found the packaging the top half was dirty so we removed it and only kept half the packaging. We don't need the extra device so we are selling it at a more discounted price. Hope that clears any misunderstandings
well, i can't say that i've never bought more than a few things and not gotten around to using them.
my concern is battery life can sometimes be harmed by long period of not being used or left discharged, but i'm willing to try this out, since it is described as mint condition.
