Selling my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra – this is not a refurbished device, but a brand new phone straight from Samsung. It’s fast, beautiful, and powerful… but after dealing with Samsung Care+, I’m officially switching back to iPhone.
The phone itself is excellent – the problem lies with the junk insurance plan. If you're interested, we can discuss a buyout of the Samsung Care+ coverage, though I honestly wouldn’t recommend it unless you want it purely as a safety net.

This has saved me multiple times. This may require the original receipt.
It is non transferable per their terms and agreements but are allowed in Canada.
In images 6 and 7, there is what looks like a white scratch or blemish on the screen. Is that just debris in the picture, or is there a scratch there?
That is dog hair, and then there is a grey stripe on the side of the phone on the right that is intended to be there.
I sent the broken device back in the box so no box is available.

Not sure how this is listed as Brand new, it has pocket lent around the edges. It "was" brand new now it is used.
Hello, it is hard to tell in the photos, are the sides of the phone silver or black?
