Is it locked into mobile device management (MDM) by a company, i.e. was it formerly a company computer that is still managed by them? You can tell after resetting the computer as it will say that it is still owned/managed by a company. I have now had the unfortunate displeasure of having to return 2 computers that had MDM and file PayPal disputes to get them resolved.
Does this come with Apple care?
