@Chris: at this time I don't think that I'd do 800. I'd like to think 1000 is the lowest at this point.

How bad are the scratches? From drops? Or no screen protector?
Just from no screen protector. For all the darn screens that aren't supposed to be they don't like pocket sand. Some are a little deeper than other most of them are very surface level.
