Ok thanks, was the original AppleCare purchased on a 1-yr subscription or the 2-yr plan. If 1-yr, would you consider an arrangement post sale for me to pay you so not to cancel it as the subscriptions are not transferable. (2-yr is a non-issue.)

If your original plan has expired, you might be able to continue coverage within 45 days of the end date.
