Damage Description
The laptop is newer than 2021, it was under warranty and had the screen replaced in 2022, then the lower body + keyboard replaced in 2023 (due to motherboard/ram issue). This was done by Dell under Dell Warranty, meaning the components are fairly new. It has some minor signs of use and normal wear. There is a protective skin on the top, as the old top half/screen got scratched over time. When the new one arrived, I wanted to keep it pristine, so I got the cover. I will leave it on to ensure the laptop is delivered in the best condition possible, it can be removed afterwards.
One thing to note is I was occasionally having trouble with the SD card slot, I used a USB-C dongle instead, if the onboard SD slot is a central priority, this may not be the one for you.

Low hours well cared for XPS 17, it has a protective skin on the top. I will leave it on to ensure the laptop is delivered in the best condition possible, it can be removed afterwards. Comes with the original AC adapter which has some splits in the cable at the base, but fully functional with no issues, a second aftermarket charger is included. Dell OEM shipping box.
