I see a buyer lock message when I click buy to process the payment

Can a staff explain why I couldn’t make the purchase on the Galaxy S25 from Seller Josh. The item is still listed but I kept getting there is a buyer lock message.

It appears there are scratches on the screen in picture 7. Can you post more photos of the screen?

Happy to clear this up, thats just a hair. You can see in almost every other photo that there is no cracks.
