Warranty Coverage

Your purchase is protected by the Rick’s iStock Limited Warranty. This warranty covers functional defects not caused by user damage and includes eligibility for hardware repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover physical damage (e.g. cracks, dents, etc.) or liquid damage.
All issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the device.
Issues reported after 7 days may not qualify for warranty coverage or return.

Return Policy

If the device has no defects and the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. changed mind, didn’t read listing), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to these returns to cover handling and processing costs.
For items returned with signs of misuse, missing accessories, or damage caused by improper handling, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied, depending on the condition.

Return Process & Requirements

You must notify us and obtain approval before returning any device.
Buyer is responsible for safely packaging the return. We recommend using bubble wrap or protective material and insuring the package.
For your protection and ours, signature confirmation is recommended.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued based on eligibility.
Note About Repairs & Originality
Unless noted, all devices contain original manufacturer parts. If a device has been previously repaired or refurbished, it will be disclosed under the listing’s damage description.
