Hi, could you please let me know the exact date you activated the iPhone? I understand that phones from Visible are automatically unlocked 60 days after activation
12/10/2024. The phone is still showing sim locked under carrier lock. Maybe because we only had active briefly after activation? Not sure.
Thanks for the info! Normally, the 60-day countdown starts right after the initial activation, so it should be unlocking automatically after that period. It might be a good idea to check with the carrier to understand why it’s still showing as SIM locked.
