Hey there! How deep are the scratches on the device? I’m asking since if I decide to trade it in later I want to know if the phone will be eligible for trade. A lot of places accept minor scratches but not deep scratches.
I honestly have no idea and can’t guarantee it will be eligible for trade-in. The scratches really aren’t too terrible though there’s really only a couple deeper ones you can feel with the fingernail.

I’ve tried to buy other devices on Swappa before, but every time I try, the payment doesn’t go through – the money never reaches the seller. I believe it’s because the international payment option isn’t enabled on the seller’s side.

I Don’t Have Problems With The Shipping, I have issues with the payment, because I’m paying with the Columbia debit card, I don’t know if you have problems with that, the previous experience has been unsuccessful because the money don’t get the commerce, did you get it?
Yes, as I’ve already said, I’ve sold hundreds of phones to overseas buyers using foreign currency.
The Only thing that is different is that I am charged a 5% PayPal fee instead of the usual 3.5%

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
