Hello Oscar,
Are the dents from a fall? I assume the phone is fully paid off. Would you be able to request an Unlock from "Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Network Unlock" ?
I don't know if the dents are from a fall. I purchased the device a few months ago and this was the state I received it. From the first day I got it, it's been on a case and with a screen protector.
I tried doing what you suggested about unlocking the device and it said Error Code 8. Not sure what that means.
