Bought from BestBuy open box model in late 2024, it didn't come with charger so I just emailed Asus and they sent me one for free. It was flawless when I got it but I've been using for school and has gotten some scuffs. Been using G-Helper and limiting the maximum charge to 80% to preserve battery longevity. Comes with Laptop and charger.
