Yes, that yellow sticky note was the listing code for Swappa verification. The watch can indeed be unlocked.
Okay I see and with the enter passcode in the video? Will it be unlocked from the iCloud?
The watch has a different PIN code to unlock it which I show in the attached video. Once purchases, I will factory reset the watch so that you can set up a new password and linked iCloud account.
