are you the original owner?
if so, will you ship it in original packaging?
if not, where did you get the laptop?

what is the battery cycle count?
what is the battery health?
does the screen have any imperfections?

Thank you.

there appears to be a crack/chip at the top, middle edge of the screen. can you add a closeup of that?
your damage report says 'no visible scratches or dings'. maybe it's just a reflection?

This was my father-in-law's laptop (who just passed away). I just looked and you're right, there is some loose rubber between the screen and case. There is no physical damage to the case or screen... I just think the rubber has broken down a bit due to age.

I apologize, I didn't initially see your first comment. Again, this was my father-in-law's laptop. We don't have any of the original packaging.

The screen looks perfect to me.

I can't get the "Sys Info" battery health figure without creating a user (and then re-installing the OS) but all the data is available via the terminal (I was an engineer at Apple). ;-)

thanks for the input regarding your laptop.

after looking at the image of the screen, I believe you are correct, it appears to be a small section of loose or missing rubber between screen and case.
