– Battery health (maximum capacity)?

Err IDK the battery cycle count but it is brand new - battery health is 100%. My elderly mother just couldn't figure out how to use it. She probably used it 3 times and sent it back. It's basically specs out of the box. Not a scratch anywhere. I would be willing to accept $1000 including shipping as long as you don't mind if I ship is snail mail :) Otherwise shipping is quite pricey!
Does it have apple care?

Likely just one battery cycle - two at most. My elderly mother tried for less than a month to learn this laptop but could not. It is basically brand new.
