Damage Description

Selling my Mac Studio. I have a MacBook Pro and I end up using that a lot more because I shoot video in the field a lot and have to transfer footage to hard drives.

It’s in good condition. A couple of very minor cosmetic marks but does not affect functionality. Just been sitting on my desk!

By the way this model has the upgraded 10gb Ethernet port. Useful if you want to connect a synology or qnap for fast data transfer.

32 gigs of ram and M1 Max chip.

The 10Gb ethernet is only an 'upgrade' for Mac mini and iMac. All Studio models

I'm shopping around for this model. Couple q's.

- The listing is for the 32-core GPU vs 24-core for the base model. Could I see proof of that?

- Could get an idea of the SSD's health via smartmontools (or something similar)?

Thanks!

Hi Jonathan, it’s actually a 24 core GPU. The listing for 32 isn’t accurate and I can’t change it.

As for SSD health. I always had it connected to a synology where I edited from. So the SSD locally on the machine never was taxed with high intensity applications. It simply isn’t big enough for any of my projects. Hope this information helps. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the quick response to both! I'll think about it for a bit.
