Hello, thank you for your consideration. I bought the watch new and paid off the finance plan with Verizon. All Apple watches and phones are factory unlocked and I confirmed once I paid off with Verizon.

I am ok with the price where it is for the moment.

Hi Walter, thank you for the interest. Since the watch is paid off, Verizon has automatically unlocked it.
