All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the device is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

Returns are accepted within the 30-day warranty period only if the device has a verified technical issue. All returns must be authorized prior to return shipment. Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. We are not responsible for items after delivery to a freight forwarding service. Any issues after that point must be handled between the buyer and their forwarder.
