This is the A2986 model Apple Watch Ultra 2 with Wi-Fi AND LTE and with the now-discontinued blood oxygen reader/sensor. Apple lost a lawsuit from the company that made the blood oxygen sensor and to comply with the copyright infringement, had to remove the sensor from all future models. This is the pre-lawsuit model with the desirable function (still enabled). Watch is on WatchOS 11.5 and has 100% battery health. Condition is essentially MINT! Comes w/ charger and Alpine Loop band. I’m trying to buy your watch but it says buy lock, and it won’t process the payment
It says the payee account is locked or closed
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site.
