Used from day one with a case and screen protector until I cut said ex off, then it was placed back in the original box until I found the time to deal with the last of this headache. Originally financed with Verizon and then payed off so I could stop paying for service and try to get some of my money back. Find my iPhone was turned off, Apple ID signed out of, and factory reset.
