that’s okay! i am also pretty new to Swappa as well, i think how it works is you just comment prices and negotiate with the buyer and once we agree on a price the buyer lowers it - in this case the other person who was in the comments with you snagged it as soon as i lowered the price. i am sorry tho!! i don’t get to control much when people buy the items lol.

Hi Leslie! The battery health is just fine on this computer, I did not run into issues with it dying quickly and I often have way too many things open and downloaded at a time! It was the perfect laptop for me as a college student, I just don’t need it anymore! I’m no tech expert, I must note, but I did not notice any issues.

Hi Amanda! There is a place on the computer where it tells you the exact percentage. I would really like to know that number if possible. I believe you would just have to go to settings, press on battery, then click on the i symbol next to battery health and there should a percentage next to maximum capacity if that helps.
