The phone is in mint condition; I just unboxed and activated it. Even the phone itself is unlocked, but Cricket Wireless uses software to lock it. Unless you can find a way to bypass the software, I will treat it as locked to Cricket Wireless. Also Please be aware, this phone can only work with Cricket Wireless, can NOT use as a wifi device.
