Does this phone take a physical sim?
Hi Doug. No it doesn’t take a physical sim unfortunately. But it does work flawlessly with the eSIM. I can ship out first thing in the morning as well!

Last q - why is it locked to Tmobile
I don't know that it's locked to t-mobile. At this point I believe it can use any e-sim card. I just bought it through Tmobile originally and it's completely paid off through them so I believe it can be used anywhere
Has any part been replaced or repaired ?
Can you contact Tmobile to get it unlocked?
Nothing on it has been replaced or repaired. And I’d rather not go through the trouble to get it unlocked.
This phone is unlocked. Tmobile was the carrier but I just called Tmobile to confirm that this is unlocked and can be used anywhere.
