It's Tmobile. It doesn't have the box anymore unfortunately. And $110 is really low. The phone is practically new. After fees I wouldn't get enough money to make it worth it to me. $140 is the lowest I could take.

Is it out of contract?

I don’t believe swappa lets me post a phone that is still under contract.

Can you contact Tmobile to get it unlocked?

Apparently it’s something T-Mobile can do but I don’t use them as a phone carrier anymore and I am not gonna call to ask about this phone.

This phone is unlocked. Tmobile was the carrier but I just called Tmobile to confirm that this is unlocked and can be used anywhere.
