I want to use this phone on the Xfinity network but Xfinity is saying that I need an unlocked phone to bring my own phone. Is it possible for you to send me the full IMEI number to determine if I can use it on their network? Please advise. Thank you!

Please note that Xfinity sometimes does not permit devices that are currently active on an existing Xfinity account. However, in this case, the device is confirmed to work with Xfinity.
Can you explain that again? I am sorry about asking for the IMEI number. I didn't know I couldn't do that. My story is that my phone is failing and I am on Xfinity. I have an account with them. Can I buy this phone and use it on my current account? Or do you not know?

Do you know if the phone has to be paid off? I guess I am confused as to why it is still locked.
