There are options to be delivered on 30th and 31st, they start from +$24, +$35 and +$40 extra.

If it’s not too late for the 30th, I’ll take that option. But if not, I’m ok with 31st

I will be able to ship it in a few hours, but at this point I don't know if UPS will pick it up today, most likely they will do it tomorrow and the above estimate will shift to 31-1 correspondingly.
