I'm open to accepting international payments, but the buyer will have to cover PayPal's fees regarding international payments as well as the currency conversion fee. And of course shipping won't be cheap. The buyer will have to use a freight forwarding company as per Swappa's policies.

I don't know if Swappa ever got you squared away, F?rid ?., but PayPal claims that there is support in your country and for the Azerbaijan Manat. At least according to what I can see. It's entirely possible that I'm wrong, though, and the Azerbaijan Manat isn't accepted by PayPal. If that's the case, you'd have to manually find a way to convert your currency to USD (or something similarly acceptable) to proceed. Sorry for the run-around.
