Boo. Then how are you supposed to communicate with customers/buyers??

That doesn’t make sense. It’s even silly how you can’t click on a seller’s profile that leaves a comment. How am I supposed to get the buyer’s address?. That shouldn’t be public information.

Kristina F., communication takes place here on Swappa using the comment section on the listing page and once a listing is purchased on the private sale page. Once a listing is purchased, the buyer shipping address is provided.
