A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent Paypal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.

Good morning. This iPhone is fully functional. There is no green line problem. Broken devices are not allowed to be sold on Swappa. Additionally, I'm not sure what additional charges you are referring to. Thank you.
Is there an additional charge for shipping or is shipping free? Will I get a warranty if I buy this? Can it be shipped to my country, Sri Lanka?
