Is this a unlocked new phone i.e never used/refurbished?
Is this compatible with any carrier in USA, whether they have 3g, 4g, 5g?

Thank you for your inquiry. I'm glad to answer your questions.

1) This phone is in brand new and factory sealed condition. It has never been used. It's NOT a refurbished product. You will receive what's shown in the listing photos.

2) This phone is factory unlocked and is compatible with most carriers operating on three major US networks: AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. If you want me to double-check the compatiblity, please provide your wireless carrier's name and I'll get back to you ASAP.

3) This phone is 4G LTE capable, which means it doesn't support 5G mobile technology. It's compatible with 3G, but the 3G technology has been retired in major US networks.

Finally, I do want to remind you that this phone is a 2019 model and has an old Android OS. This means this phone might not be completely compatible with current wireless technology. I'd recommend you use it in a casual fashion to do simple things, or use it as a secondary phone.

is it compatible with Spectrum Mobile BYOD?
As it is dual sim, I am planning to use one slot for India sim that has international pack enabled and another sim for Spectrum USA with Bring your own device connection.
Will this work for this mobile?

After checking the compatibility with Spectrum Mobile, I'm afraid this phone is NOT compatible. Also, this is a single SIM model, not a dual SIM model. Currently I don't have other models that suit your needs. I'd suggest you look for more recent Motorola models from other sellers. Good luck!
