@Michael, I'm sorry but $1200 is the lowest I can go. The tariffs have raised the price tag for electronics/computers. The one I need to get for my next job is going to cost that much.

how was your experience with software compatibility? early on key software would not run well in Snapdragon CPUS.

I had heard the same thing and was a little nervous about the VPN not working (Palo Alto Prisma Access). As it turns out I had no issues running it and the following apps:

- Microsoft SQL Management Studio

- Adobe Photoshop
- RingCentral Telephony Desktop App
- Zoom
- Teams
- Microsoft Powertoys
- Vegas Pro Video Editing Suite
I didn't do any gaming on the laptop and suspect there might still be issues there. I hope I was able to answer your question.
