No issues at all. Just couldn't get used to the folding/flipping style and reverted back to a slab style :-)

I understand my friend had this phone he switched back to slab but I liked it when he had it! Would you be able to discuss privately on the phone via video call?

No worries! I'm getting used to purchasing on Swappa, and sometimes a live view of the product puts me at ease.

Would you be able to present a detailed video of the product? To demonstrate the phone's functionality. Opening the device to make sure there is no crackling sound. As well as verifying that all features are in working order, camera, speakers test, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, buttons, and port still accessible to charging.
