Gold Oura Ring Gen 3
One year old Oura ring, gen 3, heritage style, gold. Lightly faded color on the bottom side from wear. Charger included. No issues with product, just switching to a watch health tracker because I can’t weight lift with the ring.

Hi, does the battery last more than 4 days? Thanks
The battery lasts about 4 days, but I’d say you’ll need to charge it the evening of that 4th day. I usually charge it while showering or doing dishes and that works pretty well!
