I could be wrong, but most buyers will expect the fee to be included in the agreed upon price. Apologies if that is not the common understanding. Also, seems like you must have set the price to $385 in order for the price + fee to come out to $396.55. I'm going to walk away from this one.

I realize battery condition has been removed from iPads but how is battery life and was this heavily used or connected to a charged constantly?

I don’t have any issue with battery. When traveling, I charge overnight. At home I use during the day off charge and on charge.

Also, it has been very lightly used.

Is it unlocked for all carriers ?

The SIM card installed is with Verizon, it can be used or use another SIM card from a different carrier, so any carrier can be used.
