All items are shipped within 1 business day. Free shipping is sent via UPS and can take 2-6 business days to arrive. Any items that arrive damaged in transit must be reported within 24hrs of receipt. All shipments over $700 value or to freight forwarders require signature confirmation.

RETURN POLICY:
All items can be returned for a refund within 14 days. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any item returned within 14 days that are not defective. Items that are defective and returned within 30 are by exchange only. We do not accept returns for an item that is damaged by incidental use.

Hello, as stated in the listing this device is locked to Verizon. It is worth noting though that our New Verizon iPhone 16 Pro units do auto unlock for free within 2 months :)

Hello, $740 would be our best price. It means that after 2 months, the device will unlock automatically by itself. Nothing needs to be done, just check settings menu after 2 months and you'll see it'll change from sim locked to no sim restrictions :)
