Damage Description
Screen, keyboard, and trackpad are in excellent condition. Some minor scratching around the frame of the device as well as a couple dings on two corners of the display. These dings can slightly catch on the keyboard when opening the laptop.

This in the damage description can you explain this? (I checked images.)
Yes, pictures 5 and 6 show the dings on the corners where the display touches the bottom of the laptop when opening/closing the lid.
So, is it hard to open/close the lid or does it make a sound when opening/closing?
Oh no it doesn’t make a difference in opening in closing the lid, and no sounds either. It’s mainly cosmetic, but I thought it was worth mentioning in the listing.
