yes, locked to Verizon, I don't know how to unlock it
Were you original purchaser of device? If so, did you have a Verizon plan with it?
yes, I am the original purchaser. I don't have the plan with it now. I don't use Verizon anymore and that is why it cannot be unlock since no service last for 60 days
Can you post picture from Under Settings > About > Carrier Lock?
